Shipping policy
Order Processing Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Print-on-demand and custom-made items require additional production time of 3–7 business days before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Fulfillment Partners Seedandsoulful partners with trusted third-party fulfillment providers to produce and ship certain items. Depending on the product, your order may be fulfilled and shipped by one of the following:
- Printful — apparel, hats, bags, and accessories
- Printify — apparel and phone cases
- MWW On Demand — apparel and lifestyle products
- Trendsi — fashion apparel and lifestyle items
As a result, orders containing items from multiple fulfillment partners may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)
- Standard US Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited US Shipping: 3–5 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on US orders of $50 or more.
Tracking All orders include tracking information sent to your email once your order ships. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number.
International Orders We ship internationally to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
