RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Commitment At Seedandsoulfu.com we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@seedandsoulful.com your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item back to the address provided (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error)
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace it at no cost to you, including return shipping.
