Our Commitment to You

At Seedandsoulful, we stand behind every product we create. Because our items are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products

All Seedandsoulful products are made to order and go into production within 3–7 business days of your purchase. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will ship the correct item immediately.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order has likely entered production and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
