This past Saturday, our nation was shaken again.
An assassination attempt on our President. Lives in danger. Fear spreading faster than the news could report it.
And in the middle of it all, I found myself doing the only thing I know how to do — I got on my knees and prayed.
Because the truth is, we are living in a time that makes it undeniably clear: we cannot do this without God.
Not as individuals. Not as families. Not as a nation.
There is a part of our society that is deeply unwell — hurting, lost, and disconnected from the One who created them with purpose and love. And when people lose their anchor, the world feels it.
That's why I choose to be F.R.O.G. — Fully Rely On God. 🐸✝️
Not just on the good days. Not just when life is comfortable and the path is clear. But on the hard days. The scary days. The days when the news makes you want to turn everything off and hide.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." — Proverbs 3:5-6
Fully relying on God doesn't mean we ignore what's happening around us. It means we face it — with faith instead of fear. With prayer instead of panic. With love instead of hate.
It means we put Him first. In our homes. In our decisions. In how we treat one another.
Seedandsoulful was born out of this conviction — that faith-forward women need a reminder, every single day, of where their strength comes from. Not from the news cycle. Not from politics. Not from their own understanding.
