I wasn’t always a Christian. For years, I walked through trials that I thought I had to face on my own. But looking back, I can see God was always there waiting for the moment I’d finally hear Him.
That moment came in the most unexpected place: a labor and delivery room. What should have been one of the most joyful days of my life took a terrifying turn. My fever spiked to 105 degrees, and despite everything the doctors tried, it wouldn’t break. I was rushed into an emergency C-section while my family and husband waited, praying for our son to be born safely.
In that room, slipping in and out of consciousness, I felt like I was on the cross myself. And in that darkness, I heard Him. It was my first real “come to Jesus” moment—raw, desperate, and undeniable.
But even after that, I kept living in the world, clinging to worldly things. God continued to pursue me through other encounters, but I wasn’t ready to fully surrender. Then the world stopped. COVID hit, and suddenly I couldn’t unsee the evil around me anymore. I felt God clearly telling me: Move. Get into My work.
We found an amazing church here in Scottsdale, Arizona, and everything changed. The teaching, the community, the people—they helped me grow into the Christian I am today. Then I heard about the assassination of Charlie Kirk, and it pulled me even deeper into my faith. The weight of what’s happening in our world became impossible to ignore, and I knew I had to stand firm in my beliefs and use my gifts for God’s purpose.
Out of that transformation, Seed & Soulful was born. This isn’t just a business; it’s my response to God’s call. It’s a way to share faith, hope, and purpose with others who are searching for something real.
